"Today I was helped by my new insurance agent Dominic P James which is a big deal for me because I have been with State Farm since 1989 and I always had a good experience with my agent until he retired a few years ago and left me with his replacement, that's when I knew thing were different now and the good service was gone. I couldn't take it no more so I decide to find a new agent and now that I have found Mr James that good service is back. Speaking with him today lets me know he is willing to help but most of all listen to my problems. We talked for about an hour and half and I was please to have someone listen and jump right in to fix my concerns. I want everyone to know at Mr Addison's office he has a great guy in Mr. James. I know if I have a problem I can just reach out. 10/10 5 stars and more."
